- Call logs: caller phone number, call duration, transcript, urgency score, and outcome
- Lead data captured by our AI receptionist during calls (caller name, address, issue description)
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, login timestamps
- Device and browser information for security and analytics purposes

- Payment status and subscription data from Stripe
- Call routing data from Twilio
- Voice interaction data from Vapi
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the MyCallGuy AI receptionist service
- To send SMS notifications about calls, leads, and appointments to business owners who have opted in

3. SMS Communications
By creating a MyCallGuy account and checking the consent box during onboarding, you agree to receive SMS notifications including:
- New lead alerts when your AI receptionist captures a caller
- Emergency call notifications
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service and account notifications

4. Data Sharing
We share your information only with:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Twilio — phone number provisioning and SMS delivery
- Vapi — AI voice call handling
- Supabase — secure database hosting
- Vercel — application hosting

All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements. We do not share your information with any other third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
5. Data Retention
- Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription
- Call logs and transcripts are retained for 12 months
- Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted

6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, TLS in transit, row-level security in our database, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@mycallguy.com.
