These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MyCallGuy (“Service”), operated by MyCallGuy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
MyCallGuy provides an AI-powered phone answering and lead capture service for home service businesses. The Service includes:
- A dedicated phone number that answers calls via AI receptionist (“Riley”)
- Lead capture, urgency triage, and SMS notifications to business owners
- Appointment scheduling and Google Calendar integration
- A web dashboard for managing calls, leads, and settings
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate business to use MyCallGuy. By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
MyCallGuy offers three subscription plans billed monthly:
- Starter — $149/month: Includes 100 calls/month
- Pro — $249/month: Includes 250 calls/month
- Enterprise — $449/month: Includes 600 calls/month
Overage rates apply when monthly call limits are exceeded:
- Starter: $0.25 per call over 100
- Pro: $0.20 per call over 250
- Enterprise: $0.15 per call over 600
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Billing is handled by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Free Trial & Refunds
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at signup. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@mycallguy.com within 30 days.
5. SMS Communications
SMS notifications are optional and not required to use MyCallGuy. If you choose to opt in — either by checking the SMS notifications box during signup or by toggling SMS notifications on from your dashboard settings — you'll receive automated text messages to the phone number you provided. These include lead alerts, emergency notifications, and appointment confirmations.

6. Call Recording & AI Disclosure
All calls handled by Riley are recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for ensuring that call recording complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. MyCallGuy's AI receptionist discloses that it is an AI at the start of every call. You may not disable this disclosure.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MyCallGuy to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, deceive, or harm callers
- Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
- Interfere with the Service or other users' access
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
10. Intellectual Property
MyCallGuy and all associated software, branding, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your business data (call logs, leads, recordings). You grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of delivering the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCallGuy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed calls, lost leads, or business losses. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MyCallGuy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
