1. Agreement to Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from My Call Guy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not opt in to the service.
2. SMS Service Description
My Call Guy provides an automated SMS-based receptionist service. This includes appointment scheduling, reminders, confirmations, and responses to common inquiries — all delivered via text message using Twilio's messaging platform.
3. Opt-In and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive messages, you expressly authorize My Call Guy to send you automated SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the service.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent unless you re-opt in. To re-subscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.
5. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this service to send or receive unlawful, harassing, threatening, or abusive content. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations of these terms.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Delivery of SMS messages depends on carrier networks and is subject to factors outside our control. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Call Guy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Privacy
Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
